Italian stone sector: exports stable in 2017 but with a 5.4% drop in finished products

The final balance for 2017 shows that for that year the worth of Italy’s foreign
sales of stone materials remained the same of 2016, amounting to 1.931 billion euros. This is a figure attesting to the essential stability of the country’s exports of ornamental stones after a 2016 that saw a decline of 3.9%.
